Located in Northwest Mexico, NUTRIMAR is one of the leading companies in Latin America in the production of food for the aquaculture industry.
Our firm was responsible for structuring and channeling financing for the construction and equipment of the industrial plant with an amount greater than nine figures in pesos over a 7-year term and a very competitive rate using a mixture of financing from local development banks and medium term finance from an international lender.
The value contributed to the client consisted mainly of the fact that the company did not provide mortgage guarantees for the financing acquired for the industrial warehouse, equipment, machinery and assembly of the plant as well as a grace period of 12 months after the completion of the work.
The risk for the financial part was covered with credit insurance during the term of the contract.

In the year 2015 we designed a financing operation in national currency with a source of foreign financing for the installation of 500 hectares of asparagus with an investment value in figures exceeding nine digits in pesos.
This is the largest investment in this type of plantations in Latin America developed in a single year.
The value contributed by our company was to attract competitive financing in financial, flexible and collaterals costs terms and mainly the operation managed to close in less than sixty days allowing the company to advance one year its investment project.
PARQUE INDUSTRIAL SAN LUIS
At the end of 2015, we structured a medium term finance to build 200,000 sqft. of industrial building for Yamazaky Mexico to manufacture electric components for Tesla electric vehicules in California USA. The main challenge was to obtain credit approval in a very dificult time for automotive Mexican industry. Contract was by the order of USD 7 digits and was signed with lender before four months from our services were contracted. The client was Parque Industrial of San Luis in San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora.
